Here’s an opportunity at UBC for an Arts Studies in Research and Writing teaching position in the Faculty of Arts. They’re advertising one-year and potentially three-year contracts. Apparently the minimum annual salary for a full-time position is $62,353. The deadline is January 15, 2018.

Here’s a three-year definite-term appointment that Procom CUPE members are completely qualified for. The pay is good, and it appears you have three certain years of employment with a chance at a term renewal. The application deadline is June 5, with a start date of August, 2017.
If you’ve always wanted to work at UBC’s beautiful Point Grey campus, here is a Program Manager job many here would be qualified for. Deadline for applications is close: April 19. Start date is June, 2017.
Applications for this position in “data and networked publics” at Concordia University in the Communication Studies department are due March 24. A notice was sent out by the chair recently to remind people to apply and to hint that the deadline might be flexible in certain circumstances. Her message could be a sign that not a lot of qualified people have applied, so if the job is up your alley, this may be the time to give it a shot.
