Job Opportunities

A number of excellent job opportunities have been advertised recently.

The Department of Translation at Glendon College has a tenure-track position for someone with a Ph.D. in Communication or related field who is bilingual.

UBC is advertising two tenure-stream positions in writing studies or related fields.

U of T’s Institute for the Study of University Pedagogy has circulated two separate ads for tenure-stream positions in “Writing Studies in Higher Education.” Here’s the other one: positions. You may have to read carefully to understand why there are two ads, but you’ll notice two different reference numbers.

Communication Teaching Positions: Part-time

Laurier University has a number of positions open in the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Liberal Arts, with a deadline of June 7 and June 8 (see descriptions).  Those of you who live nearby may find these opportunities a way to fill gaps at Ryerson.
